“I felt a connection to it, I don’t know why…I just really wanted it…everyone is attracted to it. It’s an unidentifiable thing,” he said of taking on the title role.
“I’m already remembering what it’s like to talk about a movie where there’s an expectation. Whenever you say anything, people are like, ‘Argh! You idiot!’ Like, dude, I haven’t even started yet!” he went on to say.When asked what his plan will be if he doesn’t live up to those expectations, he said with a laugh: “Porn…but art house porn.”
