The non-profit has been connecting the community with legal resources in a variety of areas, including immigration. Pro bono attorneys sit with families and help them through applications for asylum, temporary protected status , and work authorization. Leaders with the organization are looking for more attorneys to volunteer after a recent influx of new arrivals in Rochester.

"Recently since August, we received more families arriving, new comers," said Irene Sanchez, a legal advocate with JustCause. "They arrived from New York City.
