Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Finland where he will hold a meeting with his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinisto and other Nordic premiers. Elsewhere, Turkish officials have said that grain initiative extension talks will start on Friday in Istanbul. Russian state media outlet RIA Novosti quoted an unnamed Russian Foreign Ministry official as saying a deal “is yet to be agreed” upon.in southwestern Russia's Krasnodar region on Wednesday, according to Russian state media.
