According to a statement issued Tuesday by the Russian Foreign Ministry, the government is adding the following individuals to a"stop list," barring them from entering Russia: Biden, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen.
