Saks Fifth Avenue’s New York store now has a shiny, new, 8,000-square-foot men’s shoe floor

In the past few years, Saks has done a number of flashy renovations to its beauty floor, its main handbag floor, and now, the men’s shoe floor. And there’s plenty to see. Not only are there the classics — your Gucci and Prada loafers, for instance — but now there’s a special focus on sneakers and slides. Y-3s and Off-White shoes are displayed prominently, along with more low-key staples like Veja and Common Projects.
“Luxury footwear is the gateway for men’s customers into fashion and the new shoe experience is just the beginning of exciting things to come for our menswear offering,” president Marc Metrick said in a release. So if you have a well-dressed person in your life who likes luxe men’s shoes, the new floor is open now.
