After 18 years, Dutch citizen Jordan Van Der Sloot admitted to killing Natalee Holloway in Aruba and disposing of her remains.
Good News Lutheran ChurchHolly Guthrie, the church's council president, said recently thieves made off with more than a 100 pumpkins from its patch. The church is located off Old Corpus Christi Highway.
"It seems our little country corner of San Antonio is starting to become more, and more urban," she said. Guthrie said lately the church has been dealing with recent crime. Back on September 30, Guthrie said a man hid in the church and waited for people to leave. She said he then left with property belonging to the place of worship.The latest act she said happened this past Sunday.She said people came to the church's pumpkin patch and made off with the gourds.She said that could have been money gone the church and its countless programs, as well as other organizations.
