San Antonio’s regular season runs from June through August. The city operates 23 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. However, only 12 of them are open. Additionally, San Antonio has yet to announce the opening of popular city pools at San Pedro Springs Park and Woodlawn Lake Park. It was not immediately clear why San Antonio has delayed pool openings. A spokeswoman with the Parks and Recreation Department did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
