San Francisco prosecutors have declined to charge a security guard who shot and killed an alleged shoplifter last week.
San Francisco Mayor London Breed, Police Chief Bill Scott, and District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announce Nima Momeni's arrest in the stabbing of tech titan Bob Lee. last week will not face charges, authorities said Monday.
