Officers also arrested a San Jose woman on warrants and drug-related charges.
PACIFICA – Authorities have arrested a 39-year-old San Jose man in connection with a strong-arm robbery in Pacifica.
The man tried to steal a shopping cart full of goods and assaulted an employee who tried to stop him, according to police. He then left the area in a black BMW but not before the employee, who was not injured, took pictures of the man and the car, police said. Officers also arrested a 33-year-old San Jose woman who was with him. She was wanted on warrants and was found with fentanyl, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to police.
