Restaurant will serve dinner nightly, then add lunch service in mid-December

And on Wednesday, the highly anticipated restaurant is finally opening at Westfield Valley Fair. The upscale Santa Clara mall location had been in the works for two years.Wagyu tomahawk chops, massive Porterhouse cuts and bone-in ribeyes mingle on the menu with chilled-seafood towers, lobster mashed potatoes and crab gnocchi sprinkled with shaved black truffles.
