Oh wow...I was unprepared for how decadent and lovely these would taste! I really thought they would be good, and definitely better than the marshmallow topped confection of my childhood, but the relative simplicity of the ingredients did not give a hint of what was to come. Even my Asian mother was impressed!This might just be my favorite sweet potato recipe ever. Love the flavor of brown butter with the herbs. I'll be doing this again.
Highly recommend you try it!I can’t believe this has only two reviews. It took forever to make, but was stupendous! I made it for a dinner party as one of a few veggie sides. Everyone raved. Leave lots of time to prepare . It makes a ton and everyone loved it!I made this last year for Thanksgiving and my husband still talks about it.
