‘There’s a lot of people that just want to get out and have fun and enjoy their lives again’ said 24-year-old Darwin Ramos of Austin, at right. ‘As long as people take whatever precautions they feel necessary to them, then awesome. ’ The festival is mostly outdoors, and attendees needed proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test to enter.
