Amanda Seyfried's metallic shirt dress looks like mixed-metal armor and we are obsessed!
Another day, another red carpet look from Amanda Seyfried that I can't help but be obsessed with. At a New York screening of The Art of Racing in the Rain, Seyfried wore a shiny dress that, though made of fabric, looks like it was constructed of mixed metals.
The actress wore a long-sleeved Prada dress featuring a collar, a pleated skirt, and silver-, gold-, and-black metal-like fabrics. She paired the dress with a pair of incredibly sparkly silver shoes. To let her dress, well, shine, she wore a simple makeup look made up of gold eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and a soft lip. In her makeup artist's photos, you can see that the trim of the dress is detailed with rhinestones and gold metal beads and features different textures.
Genevieve Herr on Instagram: “Tonight with @mingey screening of @artofracingmovie hair @cwoodhair @elizabethstewart1 wearing @prada #makeupbygenevieve_nyc…” Though it's a lot softer than the chainmail looks we've recently spotted on the likes of Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, we love the armor-like vibes that Seyfried's shirt dress is giving off.
