A search is under way for a trans woman who police said was reported missing in San Francisco early Tuesday morning, according to authorities and her friends.
San Francisco police spokesman Officer Robert Rueca said in response to a report of a missing person, officers responded to the 200 block of Beach Street at about 1:55 a.m. Tuesday and “canvassed the area for the missing person, evidence and witnesses to no avail.”
