– A second teen suspect has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old Lamar High School student in west Houston in May, officers with the Houston Police Department said.
The suspects reportedly fled the scene in a dark Chrysler PT Cruiser and traveled northbound on Tanglewilde Street, HPD said.
