Sen. Tammy Baldwin said she’s “staying out” as her state prepares to host the convention, though she is offering guidance to candidates about how to win Wisconsin after her 2018 re-election bid.
Sen. Gary Peters, who is up for reelection in the swing state of Michigan, also is holding back for now.
