It happened late Monday night on North Canon Drive in front of Nusr-Et Steakhouse next to Spago, the famous Wolfgang Puck restaurant.It's unclear what led up to the shooting, but police say based on a preliminary investigation, this wasn't a random shooting and there is no active threat to the Beverly Hills community."I just watched someone get shot, like 10 feet away from me," said Pedro Pertile.
"Me and my two business partners, we were about to check out. We were walking to the door and four consecutive shots go off.
