Slack said customers may be experiencing trouble with connectivity and other services, and apologized for the issues.
By 9:35 a.m. ET the platform, vital to users across the globe working from home as a result of the COVID pandemic, was reporting some"improvements with most services that were affected earlier while the issues with file uploads are ongoing."
Slack said that it was continuing to investigate and would post another update in around 30 minutes.
