A small plane crashed at the Watsonville Municipal Airport on Sunday afternoon. The pilot, a 73-year-old female, was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries and is “expected to be okay,” the cityPeople reported the crash off of Buena Vista Drive around 2:40 p.m. on Jan.1.
First responders arrived at the scene, and roads in the area were closed off.
