We're drooling over the spikes, studs, and leopard print touches
I'm pretty sure the new Crocs wave just came over me and made me a stan again: The brand known for its rubber clogs has teamed up with Barneys for the most over-the-top, goth collaboration yet. Now, fashion gurus and sleazecore fans alike can find a pair of Crocs that suit their needs, with features like studs, leopard print, and more.
My goth phase will be coming back in full force with the three spiked versions of the traditional clog, each including spikes and chains of different sizes and placements. If you're not feeling ~edgy~, there are pink and white versions with cute rubber adornments, such as gems and lightning bolts, and a leopard print ankle strap. Styles range from $70 to $90.
If the spikey versions look familiar to you, that's probably because goth crocs were quite the internet trend just a month or so ago. The likes of them were seen worn on Rico Nasty during one stage performance, which two Etsy shops, CustomGoth and HeavyCreamStore, claim were their designs on their respective Instagram accounts. We have reached out to Crocs for a statement on the origin of the collaboration but have yet to hear back.
