A Tinley Park man who failed to keep his firearm owner’s identification card active was arrested Monday and accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after officers found a loaded gun in the vehicle during a traffic stop at Cedar Road and Hickory Street, police said. Officers pulled over Frank G. Abramowicz Jr.
Four men broke into Rosie’s Video Gaming, 10301 S Roberts Road, on Oct. 14 and left with the cash register and a bag of chips, police said. Security video shows a stolen Hyundai Elantra driven into a handicap parking spot and the men throwing a brick through the glass front door and a window before entering, police said. The men fled in the stolen vehicle eastbound on 103rd Street. The cash register was later located in Cicero.
