Temperatures in San Antonio are expected to be about 1.3 degrees above normal in March, April, and May, while precipitation is expected to be about 2 percent below normal, according to Keith White, a NWS meteorologist. White said a warmer spring is not good news because drought conditions could worsen across South Central Texas, which could mean more wildfires, hailstorms and tornadoes.
