Ahsoka says she's no Jedi, and Star Wars agrees.

The latest Star Wars series, written by Dave Filoni, follows Ahsoka's journey to find Grand Admiral Thrawn following whispers of his reemergence somewhere in the galaxy.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars saw Ahsoka walk away from her training following her disillusionment with the Jedi Order, a result of being falsely accused of a crime she didn't commit. Ever since, Ahsoka has assured others that she isn't a Jedi, including her former master Darth Vader in Star Wars Rebels. Her lightsaber blades being white further suggest that Ahsoka is unlike the Jedi that came before her, and even those who trained her.
Star Wars Insists Ahsoka Isn't A Jedi The opening crawl featured at the beginning of Ahsoka episode 1 refers to her as a "Former Jedi Knight." This furthers the notion that Ahsoka is no longer the Jedi she was training to be in The Clone Wars in official writing. Ahsoka even emphasizes to Hera that she never finished her training with Anakin Skywalker, and thus cannot be considered a Jedi.
This could tie a thread to the story of Kanan Jarrus, who was a Padawan at the time of Order 66 and thus also did not compete his Jedi training. He took on Ezra as a Padawan and was able to train him in the ways of the Jedi before he met his fate in Star Wars Rebels. It could be that Filoni is setting Ahsoka on a similar path for her journey, adding yet another fascinating edge to the beloved character.
