Starbucks will begin to offer 20 free therapy sessions a year for all of its employees
Starbucks Corp. said Monday it will begin to offer 20 free therapy sessions a year for all of its employees, including part-time workers, as part of a broader mental-health benefit plan.
The move makes the coffee chain one of the most high-profile employers of hourly service workers to give significant mental-health benefits, human-resource consultants say.
