Pennsylvania State Police are seeking to identify a suspect in what was described as a catalytic converter theft gone awry.

Two men had attempted to remove a catalytic converter from a vehicle in front of a garage, according to police. When the property owner confronted the men, they fled - resulting in one of the suspects running over the other’s leg with his pickup truck and causing what police said was a “substantial injury.”
The second suspect was gone by the time troopers arrived, but was captured by a security camera. He was identified as a middle-aged man wearing a black hat and gray sweatsuit, and driving a mid-to-late 90s burgundy Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
