Steve Kerr is enamored with Chris Paul.
After the Warriors defeated the Lakers in preseason on Saturday, Kerr was asked about Paul's debut where he absolutely gushed over the guard.
"Chris is amazing," Kerr said."He keeps the game so easy, and he's such a great passer. There's a pace to the game and it's fun to watch as a coach where you know he's going to be making the right play over and over. He understands when we need to pull it back and get into an action, or play faster because he understands the rhythm of the game. Chris is amazing. Really fun to have him on our side.
Chris Paul finished Saturday night with 6 points, 5 assists, and rebounds in just 12 minutes. He played as efficiently of a game as possible within an incredibly short amount of time. It still remains to be seen how he and Steph Curry will fair defensively together in the minutes that they play, but offensively they clearly look like they flow.
