Steven Spielberg has a pretty interesting take on those recent UFO sightings, and it could actually make an incredibly thrilling movie.
Steven Spielberg has an answer to why there have been so many UFO sightings lately. The legendary Hollywood director, writer, and producer made his name with the science fiction movies Close Encounters of the Third Kind and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Now, Spielberg is throwing his hat into the ring of actual scientific mysteries.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Though Spielberg may not be interested in an E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial sequel, he is still interested in aliens. It may not be surprising for a producer of his caliber, but Spielberg has some wildly fantastic ideas about UFOs. Check out his quote below, via IndieWire: Considering that the spy balloon and many other UFO appearances were actually military technology, it isn't likely that many of the UFOs are extraterrestrial in any way. Still, Spielberg's theories are still interesting, and it could be worthwhile to explore his perspective on the issue. If a future version of humanity truly is interested in exploring its history, making contact could be worthwhile.
