A three-hour standoff at an apartment complex in Plano ended with a suspect in custody.
The standoff started before noon Monday as Collin County constables tried to serve an aggravated assault warrant at the Los Rios Apartments on 14th Street near the Pecan Hollow Golf Course.The suspect would not leave the apartment, so teams staged outside to negotiate and get the person out.
It's unclear which agency was serving the warrant what that warrant entailed or how officers finally got the suspect out of the apartment.
