An arrest warrant has been issued for Angelo Christopher Rice, 21, of Carlisle.
for Angelo Christopher Rice, 21, of Carlisle. Rice is a suspect in the July 26 shooting that took place outside of the Sheetz location on the Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township. One person was injured in the incident.
The announcement stated that Rice should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
