Sylvester Stallone denied the claims from his estranged wife Jennifer Flavin that he intentionally dissolved their joint marital assets.
The actor filed his response in Palm Beach County, Florida. According to court documents reviewed byon Monday, he denied Flavin’s claims that he “engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.” In addition, he opposed Flavin’s request to have “exclusive use” of their Palm Beach estate while the divorce is finalized in court.
Flavin filed for divorce a couple days after Stallone was photographed covering up a tattoo of her face on his right bicep with a new tattoo of the bullmastiff Butkus, the dog from thefilms. However, the actor’s representative insisted that the cover-up had nothing to do with his feelings toward his wife, telling the“Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife, Jennifer, however, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable.
