The acting prime minister will be Mullah Mohammad Hassan, who is the head of the Taliban’s leadership council, BloombergMullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the political head of the Taliban and the chief negotiator of the 2020 peace deal with the U.S.
The interior minister will be Sirajuddin Haqqani, who heads the Haqqani Network, which the U.S. has labeled a terrorist organization.
