Two November stabbings in a downtown Los Angeles Target that left a 9-year-old boy and 25-year-old woman hospitalized have prompted lawsuits from the two victims against the corporation.
The unprovoked stabbings happened when a homeless man walked into the store and grabbed a 9-inch"butcher-style knife" off a shelf and randomly pick his two victims, police said.
