A 12-year-old noticed a cellphone with the camera turned up being held from an adjoining bathroom stall. He yelled, and the person holding the camera left. However, the victim was able to glimpse the person’s shorts and shoes, court documents say.
Hartselle police say a man attempted to film a 12-year-old in a bathroom stall at a Walmart last month.
According to court documents, on May 21st, a 12-year-old shopping at Walmart with his grandmother went into a bathroom stall. When he was exposed, he noticed a cellphone with the camera turned up being held from the adjoining stall.
