Officials from Temple University and Philadelphia city leaders are holding a news conference to discuss the weekend killing of a Temple police officer.Mayor Jim Kenney, Temple President Jason Wingard, Temple Public Safety Director Jennifer Griffin, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, Homicide Inspector Ernest Ransom and District Attorney Larry Krasner are expected to speak.Ofc.
