The supposed insider also claims that Teresa is preparing to fight Joe for custody of their kids, and has no plans of her own to travel overseas to visit her husband. “Teresa won’t even consider going with them, she’s too busy with her career and she still blames Joe for getting them into the mess,” adds the suspicious tipster. The magazine’s “source” also asserts Teresa is “getting her ducks in a row before filing for divorce and she wants full custody of the girls.
Joe was released from prison last year after serving three years for fraud and other crimes. After his release from jail, he was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and scheduled to be deported. Joe has been fighting deportation, but instead of remaining in an ICE facility, he chose to stay in Italy while his case works its way through immigration court.
