Although new Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said he's spoken with wide receiver Brandin Cooks about his trade request, he's letting the process take its course.

“I have spoken with Brandin, and that process will have to play itself out,” Ryans said. “We’ll do what’s best for our team. Great guy, I would love to work with him.” No active player has been traded more times than Cooks. In fact, if he’s traded again, he’ll tie Eric Dickerson for the most trades of all time at four.
