Texas Rep. Michael McCaul already planning hearings on Afghanistan withdrawal

“I will have oversight hearings on Afghanistan because I think it’s very important that we understand what happened and why it went so badly,” said McCaul, a Trinity University graduate who earned a law degree from St. Mary’s University.
