Dreamed up by brothers Giles and James Edwards, La Tête opened on a corner of Cape Town’s bustling Bree Street in 2016. Chef Giles, who previously sharpened his knives at Fergus Henderson’s St. John restaurant in London, expertly executes nose-to-tail dishes that are perfect in their simplicity.
