Rutgers football recruiting is trending upwards as the summer approaches after earning five commitments over a recent 21-day span.
Hence, there are recruits who have set official visits but may not end up visiting Rutgers as some roles have been filled and scholarships are limited.
Due to a newly imposed NCAA rule, recruits will receive unlimited official visits. However, the NCAA did not change the number of recruits schools can host officially, which rests around 60, and should keep the process from shifting too drastically.
