EPOS makes headsets, speakerphones and webcams for corporate and home use. The new EPOS EXPAND 40T is certified for Microsoft Teams and connects via USB or Bluetooth.
The puck-shaped EXPAND 40T includes a fixed USB-C cable that stows away by winding around the unit’s base so that it’s ready for use at any time. Also included in the package is a handy USB-C-to-USB-A adapter for connecting the speakerphone to older computers.
Multipoint connectivity enables the EXPAND 40T to connect simultaneously to a smartphone and a computer. It’s possible to make or take a call on either device or switch seamlessly between them. For example, you could be having a phone call one moment and then switch over to a Skype call on the computer and then back again to the phone call. You can even simultaneously have two calls on the go and then merge them for a conference.
