What To Know About Flanagan's Upcoming Show Consisting of eight episodes, The Fall of the House of Usher is based on Edgar Allan Poe's classic tales. In the series, the focus will be on the Usher family who own the corrupt company Fortunato Pharmaceuticals. A string of unexplainable and cruel deaths begin to haunt the family, as their shady past emerges and leads to their downfall. To tell the story, Flanagan has called on some familiar collaborators and a few newcomers.
The Fall of the House of Usher cast includes Carla Gugino, Henry Thomas, Rahul Kohli, Kate Siegel, T’Nia Miller, Samantha Sloyan, Bruce Greenwood, Sauriyan Sapkota, and Mary McDonnell, all of whom have worked with Flanagan in the past. Mark Hamill and Carly Lumbly also appear in the forthcoming series.The project marks the end of Flanagan's collaborations with Netflix, as the horror creator signed a deal to move his Intrepid Pictures production company over to Amazon Studios.
