ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Latest on Chelsea Manning’s refusal to testify before a grand jury investigating Wikileaks :Former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning has been sent to jail - again - for refusing to testify to a grand jury.
Manning has already served two months in jail but was released last week when that grand jury term expired. Manning spoke to reporters Thursday afternoon outside the federal courthouse in Alexandria before a scheduled hearing.
