A first look at Rihanna's latest Fenty drop.
collection, Rihanna has been redefining the idea of wardrobe dressing. Gone are the “essential” white tees and mid-rise jeans other brands tout as daily musts, replaced with sleek, fashion-forward pieces worthy of an international superstar, like Rihanna’s beloved blazer dresses and collapsable shield sunglasses. For her August drop,has created her most genius contribution to the new look of everyday wear yet: the sweatshirt blazer.
Complementing the jersey pieces—and, yes, there are also proper sweatshirts with split side seams in the collection—is a range of slinky knitwear pieces in black, seafoam, and gray that evoke Rihanna’s best red carpet looks. In a continuation from her last drop, the now-signature Fenty double-label blazer is available in pale pink satin. All of this, plus her new corset boots and a new style of sunglasses, will arrive on Fenty.com for sale tomorrow.
