Join us in person and virtually for The San Diego Union-Tribune’s 7th Annual Festival of Books on August 19 presented by the University of San Diego.The Festival of Books, hosted on the University of San Diego campus, is a free event for book lovers of all ages. Enjoy workshops, activities, photo booths, live entertainment, discussions with award-winning authors and more!Which books will be the 2023 One Book, One San Diego selections? Join us for the BIG announcement at the Festival of Books at 10 a.m. Following the announcement, visit the One Book booth to pick-up your very own copy of the adult, teen, or children's selection.General admission is free. Registration is strongly encouraged.Tickets and suggestion donations are required for the panel sessions. Selected panels will have a small fee. The San Diego Council on Literacy is the festival's nonprofit beneficiary.
