Now, Neil Gaiman and Netflix have confirmed that EP & co-writer Gaiman; EP, co-writer & showrunner Allan Heinberg ; and EP & co-writer David S. Goyer's The Sandman will be returning for a second season. 'There are some astonishing stories waiting for Morpheus and the rest of them…Now it's time to get back to work. There's a family meal ahead, after all.
' We quite probably weave the stories that are in 'Sandman: Endless Nights' into the body of the whole. What is nice is we have the entirety of 'Sandman' to draw on,' Gaiman explained during an interview with Variety.\nGaiman continued, 'We also have the 'Death' books.
