And there's a logical reason for it.

Loyal Fixer Upper fans can still remember the day the hit HGTV show aired its last episode in April 2018, and of course, the unexpected moment Chip Gaines excitedly shared that he and Joanna Gaines would be returning to TV in a big way. Since then, viewers have been counting down the days until summer 2020 when the home reno stars will officially debut their own lifestyle TV network.

The Fixer Upper duo transformed the Faceless Bunker by adding windows to the front and doing away with the half brick exterior, replacing it with updated siding and a faux balcony. Despite its price cut, the home is still about 380 percent higher than the Waco area’s median sale price of $187,500, according to Realtor.com. And this fact may just be the reason it hasn't found an owner yet.

Viewers saw the Magnolia owners tackle the vacant property—originally built by the family's grandfather—in Season 3, Episode 7, when it underwent a $250,000 renovation. The 2,654-square-foot Southwestern-themed residence boasts refinished hardwood floors, concrete countertops, and a stunning copper sink.
