GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — Shocking new details are surfacing in an ongoing investigation in Green Cove Springs.
According to Sheriff Michelle Cook, dispatchers took a call just before midnight Monday from a man who said he was at a home on CR-315 and wanted to confess a crime. The suspect, Aubrey Lumpkin, 46, was reportedly booked on an outstanding narcotics warrant and is being held in the Clay County Jail.
