'Family Reunion' star Tia Mowry shares how she and her family are doing during the coronavirus outbreak.
star revealed that meditation is helping her get through the day.
“I was meditating yesterday, and when I started meditating all of a sudden I just started crying. It was the first time that had ever happened to me, ” she says., her company that sells a range of vitamins, Mowry knows a thing or two about self-care, but thestar says she realized she wasn’t making it the priority it should be during the outbreak.
“I was trying to stay busy, I was focusing on the kids, I was cooking dinner, I was making sure that they’re staying on schedule, Mowry says. She added, “I was taking care of everybody else, and once I did that I felt such a huge release. It was wonderful, it was amazing.”“Number one, just trying to stay on a schedule as much as you can with the kids because that lowers their anxiety levels,” she says. “We’ve been doing lots of cooking. We made some blueberry muffins the other day together. We’re gonna make some more again,” she adds.
