He was a member of the Cardinals’ World Series teams in 1964 and 1967, and made the All-Star game in 1966 and 1967.As a broadcaster, he was color commentator for the Philles, Mets, Yankees and Giants. He also called 24 World Series for ABC, CBS and Fox.
