are set for another crossover, this time with the world of Capcom’s Street Fighter fighting game, as IDW recently unveiled a new comic series titledThe new crossover series will span five issues, and be written by Paul Allor, with art by Ariel Medel and colors by Sarah Myer. In typical comics fashion, the series will also receive multiple variant covers for its five issues, with covers from Medel,co-creator Kevin Eastman, and also retailer incentive editions from Vincenzo Federici planned.
According to the description of the comics, the story will follow the iconic group of turtles running into the crew from thegames. What follows is an instant clash between the two, who are eager to show off their combat and skills against one another. “Arriving in Atlantic City to compete in a prestigious fighting tournament,” reads the full description of the comic series. “The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles quickly run afoul of the world-famouscrew…and their legendary Psycho Powered fighting forms! Both eager to show off their moves and prove their mettle in combat, the two teams instantly clash, sparking a crackling rivalry that can only be resolved with fists and steel .
